Prof. Dr. Gertrud Morlock

Prof. Dr. Gertrud Morlock is Chair of Food Science at the Justus Liebig University Giessen since 2012. Her research focuses on planar chromatography, office chromatography, hyphenations in HPTLC, bioeffective-linked analysis, food analysis, analysis of natural and bioactive products, analysis of commodities, pharmaceutical formulations, environmental samples and trace analysis.
