Frank Blümel ist seit 2008 Professor für Betriebswirtschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt Projektmanagement an der Hochschule Osnabrück und war zuvor bei der GEA Group AG als Senior Consultant im Inhouse Consulting und bei der BASF Coatings AG u.a. als Referent für Strategisches Marketing tätig. Von 2011 bis 2015 war er Vizepräsident und Dekan der Fakultät für Management, Kultur und Technik der Hochschule Osnabrück. Zusätzlich berät, schult und coacht Frank Blümel auch Personen, Unternehmen und Organisationen.
